Intelligent, configurable airlock management
An access management solution designed to control door opening sequences in controlled environments.
Developed by MAJ Solutions, our Interlock solution manages and secures airlock operation through configurable interlocking logic, adapted to the constraints of each installation.

We define the functional requirements, the technical constraints and the architecture of the solution, taking existing equipment and systems into account.
2. Development & configuration
We develop or configure the necessary automation, interfaces and electronic components, then prepare their integration.
3. Integration & testing
We carry out the assembly, wiring and integration of the various components. Functional tests, FAT and SAT can be performed according to project requirements.
4. Commissioning & support

Can the Interlock solution be adapted to different airlock configurations?
Yes. Our Interlock solution lets you adapt opening sequences, time delays and authorisation conditions to the constraints of the installation. Configurations with several doors or several airlocks can also be considered, with an architecture defined according to the needs of the project.
Can your solutions communicate with our existing equipment and supervision systems?
Yes. Depending on the characteristics of the installation, our solutions can be integrated with existing PLCs, sensors, access control devices and supervision systems (BMS, EMS). Communication interfaces and protocols are defined according to the equipment and the requirements of the project.
Can your solutions be integrated in a pharmaceutical environment subject to GMP requirements?
Yes. Our solutions can be designed and integrated taking into account the specific constraints of pharmaceutical and regulated environments.
